AWS CAF identify gaps in skills and processes. Applying CAF results in actionable plans with definable work streams that guide organization's path to cloud adoption.
At the highest level, the AWS CAF organizes guidance in to six focus areas. These are called Perspectives.
Each CAF Perspective is made up of a set of CAF Capabilities, which is a composite of responsibilities.Each capability describes "what" a stake holder owns or manages in the cloud adoption journey. Each Capability consists of a set of CAF Skills and Processes that provide structure to identify gaps in your existing skills and processes.
In general, Business,People and Governance Perspectives focus on business capabilities, and the Platform, Security, and Operations Perspectives focus on technical capabilities.
